Jaane Tu yaa Janne Naa

Maane Tu yaa Maane Naa....The girl in the movie, Aditi, is a typical fun loving, adorable college student.

Nice movie... That's a blanket statement I would give just like most others who watched the movie would say..

The story is simple... Two friends think that share nothing but friendship but then later decide that there's more to their relationship than plain friendship. The story is world-known, but the way this movie has been made is very different from the regular Bollywood films.

There is a lot of fun and nice dialogues that take you back to your early college days... There is good music.. Thanks to Rahman... :) There is lot of English and socialization in the movie, thanks to today's way of life in most metros.. :-) There is a lot of noise and cheer and fun and laughter.. :-)

On the surface look, this movie is a cool time pass. On careful thoughts, you will notice a few pointers that never get explicitly called out anywhere in the movie... These have been left for the audience to explore.

There are scenes that tell you how it is important to notice that children are not as happy as you think they are, how talents in kids go unnoticed simply because you do not care to notice, and how inherent skills/attitudes surface some day or the other... Could be my interpretations, but you will surely notice it too..

For an analysis this is a good movie..
For a causal mind less time pass, this is a fantastic movie..
For college goers, am sure this movie is sure to kindle a lot of hard-to-justify thoughts..
For fun lovers this is great..
For people who are looking for a change from the usual Hindi movies this is a definite hit..

A nice mix of old story in a modern canvas with colourful of music, dialogues, and fun. A rare make in today's film industry.

Ta ra ram pam

:) That's the name of the hindi movie I watched day before yesterday.. :)

Directed by Siddharth Anand, Ta Ra Ram Pam is a lovely movie with a lot of points to learn.. Well, if you are in the movie theatre after a hard day at work or after a mind boggling argument, or a 'not-so-easy' day, then you may curse the movie for its water works... I must admit that it is a little sentimental...

Sentiments... no matter how much we say, we dont want it, we all still are sentimental about a few prized things/feelings in life... and i guess it's just okay to watch such movies once in a while.. :)

but it is also a lot about a cute family.... :) a family which u will fall in love with for sure..

Ta Ra Ram Pam .... the story goes like this.... a carefree guy, who has dreams about becoming a racer, but has no means to become one, meets a friend who happens to be the manager of a Car Racers' team. Miss Fortune smiles and the guy also meets the right person and the right time and marries her. Over years he becomes a very popular racer and then suddenly Miss. Misfortune breezes the cute family's path and all joys go for a toss..

How did the family survive the problem is the rest of the story........

For more on this movie, and the what next questions , go ahead and watch the movie.. worth every second..

Lage Raho Munna Bhai...

Thanks to the movie crew of Lage Raho Munna Bhai..
:)

I got very good review comments of this movie. So decided to watch the movie. The show was screened at Six Degrees, Satyam Complex, Chennai.

It was a very different attempt to teach Ahimsa and other values to all of us. The story, screenplay, dialogues, and direction were all tightly bound to the idea of conveying heavy meaning in feather-light scripting.

There was lots to take home from the Movie theatre, not sure if all of us did....

Some of the points that I can coin from the story after about a week's time are:

1. A very small act or favor of yours can make a big difference to some one else.

2. Respect Old age and the experience that comes along with it.

3. Remember that you will grow old too.

4. Remember everyone has a dream, wish, aim, and hope.

5. Never underestimate the power of the others.

6. Be sincere and fully focused on what you are doing to win.

7. Express anger in an assertive manner.

8. Understand that actions speak louder than words.

9. Appreciate whole-heartedly.

10. You never know how capable you are.

11.Remember that you mean the world to people who care for you. Never forget to acknowledge and reciprocate.

12.The Sea of life is never calm. You have to swim in the sea, fight the tides and keep fighting.

13.Be ready to say Sorry and mean it.

14.Be quick to Forgive.

15.Refuse unplesantries both in give and take.

I know there are lots more... But these are some of the points that I could trace.

Nice movie.. And a wonderful way of teaching values to people than most other means.

A fair mix of fact and Fiction, Lage Raho Munna Bhai is a super hit among the Chennaiites. Wonder if we will further get to watch such good movies ... :)
